Delta Emulator just got a MASSIVE 2.0 Update
Liquid Glass UI, RetroAchievements, Sega Genesis, iPhone Duo support and more

Emulation on iPhone has been on such a good run recently it's not even funny. I would've written an article about PC emulation on iOS a few weeks ago, but the website didn't exist then so that's a bummer. Here's a quick rundown on the update:
- Liquid Glass UI redesign
- Sega Genesis support - first new system since Delta's release
- RetroAchievements support - earn achievements in basically any retro game up to Wii games

- iPhone Duo support, with fully optimized UI (you can make it look like a DS!)

- "Favorites" and "Recently Played" pages
- Animated controller skins, with 3rd party imports support
- DLC (Delta Limited Content) - Custom in-game experiences for Pokémon games built by the Delta team
- "Core Settings" for all systems
- Custom filters, like CTR or Game Boy
- Redesigned pause menu
- Connect REAL old game cartridges and play them natively (experimental)
- And much more
Those are the most important highlights from the update in my opinion. If you want to read the full changelog, you can check it out here.
One more thing though: because Apple's €0.50-per-download Core Technology Fee isn't a thing anymore, Delta is now available in the EU - the last region it was missing from. In other words, Delta is now available worldwide through the regular App Store.

Maybe iPhones aren't that bad for mobile gaming after all...
